MBA Student and Associate at TechM

Hello,

I am Pardhu Vanchanagiri.

I am 23 Years Old. I have completed my Bachelors of Technology (Stream:Information Technology) in 2015 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad College of Engineering Jagityal.

I have always been an average student who don’t really pay much attention towards the everyday classroom teaching and gyan from the very same faculty all the day, all the week and all the year. I was always interested in doing a lots of interesting internships. My interest ranged from being an Ambassador for an online platform, handling college fests, Social media handles to a Content manager at a leading internships platform.

While I was enjoying the very finest last days of my College, I have been selected for Tech Mahindra Hyderabad. Till then I had a very different plan for my life. I always wanted to go for IAS Coaching in Delhi once I am done with my B.Tech But due to few financial instances and struggles that me and my family are enjoying, I had to take up a job and more fortunately, I had a job in my hands.

I was forced mentally and physically by no one but me to join the Corporate world. But my urge towards studying more is not something i could skip thinking just like the way we skip our mid day meals.

I had no big time for continuing to study for the Civil Services Exam and i am aware that I would not be able to clear with not an enough preparation. I had to go for a different thing, a different path but that should satisfy my hunger at least to a least extent. And then I thought of taking up an MBA. There might not be any other path that fits best in such an hectic schedule of mine. I was sure about the Work shift i had to go through in Tech Mahindra and So i made an attempt to clear MBA. It was a State level Exam and I was able to get a 586 rank among One lakh attendants. I was happy. I made it to an University College, (Nizam College from Hyderabad) happily studying and earning as well.

I have big plans for the future. I would go for Civil Services but that is not something easily possible for a guy like me who is a middle class and huge responsibilities to handle. But for sure, I am moving towards a direction of becoming an HR at the very same company which gave a break through after my graduation.

Doing a job and listening to classes is real beauty. I am loving it to the maximum.

I would only say,

Do the best possible alternative when you can’t do your Best.

(I am Open for any any kind of discussions on How could we handle a two Full time roles, the same time 🙂 )
